[more appropriately Sanātana Dharma] the common system of life in India, expounded and evolved in the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad-Gita, etc., being an extremely inclusive one which encompasses many schools of philosophy (as Atheism, Buddhism, Jainism, etc.) and theology, many popular cults, and a large pantheon symbolising the many attributes of a single god, which finally lead to a single Para Brahma, the Absolute and Supreme Being.
